Magret de Canard (French Duck Breast)


Starter: Foie Gras en Terrine.

Mains: French duck breast pan seared to perfection, served with orange flavor infused sweet potato puree, red currant jam, sautéed Brussel sprout and Port sauce. This set meal comes with freshly baked sourdough bread (2 slices) and salted butter.

Dessert: Gâteau de voyage.
