summary

An alternative to the revered Chablis, this elegant Chardonnay offers an insightful option to white Burgundies. Its accented fruity notes, that deviates from the traditional floral notes of Chablis, finds its way to compliment perfectly to stronger dishes such as HENRI’s Crab Linguine and Fricassée de Poulet, or sulphury vegetables such as Roasted Cauliflower.
