2-Course idea of a Meal

A 2-course idea of a meal - under the French way of serving. There are at least three kinds of fish in a traditional bouillabaisse. Traditionally, the bouillon of the bouillabaisse is served first. It comes piping hot, along with slices of toasted bread rubbed with garlic and topped with rouille. The fish then comes separately on its own dish, with the potatoes.
