Bourgogne Chitry 2018, Constance Oliver Morin

Introduction

Domaine Oliver Morin is located in the north of Burgundy, between Chablis and Auxerre, where Bourgogne Chitry remains  the undiscovered tiny appellation that spotlights Chardonnay as the region’s key white grape variety. Grown on limestone-rich, Kimmeridgian soils, the wines from Chitry Chardonnay have superb balance between freshness and minerality from the terroir, and complexity by ageing.
